Journey notifications may include booking confirmed, journey reminder, boarding started, boarding confirmed, bus departed, delay alert, ETA changed, approaching destination, journey completed, rescue update, and cancellation update.
Account and wallet notifications may include login alert, password action, recharge status, refund status, compensation credit, loyalty reward, shared wallet action, suspicious activity, or support update.
The passenger notification center may show read/unread status, timestamp, notification type, journey reference, delete action, and notification history where available.
Promotional notifications may include offers, membership benefits, referral rewards, route launches, and waitlist updates. Passengers may manage preferences for non-essential promotional communication where available.
Notification delivery may fail or be delayed due to provider outages, network issues, incorrect contact details, spam filters, user device settings, template approval, or platform restrictions.
