Terms & Conditions

Passenger terms for MATO D2D booking, berth selection, QR ticket usage, journey conduct, support, wallet, and platform access.

MATO D2D policy framework

This page explains the passenger, platform, payment, privacy, and journey rules that apply while using MATO D2D services.

Acceptance of terms

By using the MATO D2D website, mobile experience, booking flow, passenger dashboard, wallet, support channels, or staff-assisted services, the passenger agrees to follow these Terms & Conditions and all route-specific rules shown during booking.

Booking confirmation

A booking is treated as confirmed only after passenger details, route, journey date, selected berth or seat, fare, payment status, and booking reference are validated by MATO D2D systems. A displayed search result or selected berth is not a final ticket until confirmation is issued.

Passenger responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate name, mobile number, email, passenger count, pickup point, drop point, and identification details where requested. Passengers must arrive at the selected boarding point on time, carry valid identification, and follow driver, crew, and operations instructions.

Berth and coach allocation

MATO D2D aims to honor selected berths and coach details. However, berth number, deck, coach, boarding point, route, or vehicle may be changed due to safety, operational disruption, maintenance, rescue mode, regulatory direction, or unavoidable service conditions.

Restricted conduct

Passengers must not misuse QR tickets, attempt duplicate boarding, damage coach property, disturb other passengers, carry prohibited goods, submit false complaints, abuse staff, or use the platform for fraudulent booking, payment, wallet, or refund activity.

Service limitation

MATO D2D may suspend, cancel, delay, reroute, or reschedule services due to traffic, weather, breakdown, safety concerns, government restrictions, force majeure, driver availability, fleet constraints, or other operational reasons. Passenger remedies will be handled under the applicable cancellation, refund, and support policies.
